Logistics Services

The Firm has pre-existing contractual arrangements with certain carriers engaged in the business of transportation in interstate, intrastate or foreign commerce and other Logistics Services.  The Firm shall undertake the process of planning and executing the efficient transportation and storage of goods to meet Customer requirements in a timely, cost-effective manner.

Upon request of the Customer, our Firm shall perform:

• the inbound transportation and logistics services. The move of inventory and raw materials and suppliers from the suppliers to the Customer;
• the outbound transportation and logistics services. The delivery of finished products and goods from the Customer to the end users and clients of the Customer.

The duties of our Firm, within the frame of the Logistics Services shall include:

• ensuring the efficient and cost-effective movement of goods of the Customer, optimizing transportation costs;
• tracking shipments and update the status in database, maintained by our Firm, providing real-time visibility and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of shipment;
• developing relationships with carriers, negotiating rates and contracts to secure reliable and cost-efficient transportation services for our Customer;
• monitoring inventory levels and proactively order materials (parts) to prevent stockouts and ensuring uninterrupted supply of materials for the production of goods of the Customer;
• ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations, staying updated on industry standards, and maintaining proper documentation;
• working collaboratively with sales department of the Customer, ensuring the timely delivery of goods, fostering cross-functional communication and alignment;
• working in collaboration with insurance companies and arranging shipment insurance to covers the value of Customer’s goods against all risks.
